Women in construction
Isn't construction just for boys? The simple answer is no. Women already make up around 5-10 percent of the construction workforce. Auckland’s construction and infrastructure employers are looking for more women to join their businesses. If you’re thinking of starting out in construction or switching careers, now is a good time. The industry is facing a skills shortage that’s about to increase in the next few years.
