Lera likes working in a team and just wants to get along with everyone. Hearing about tunnelling got him interested in working in infrastructure. He doesn’t mind getting dirty and wants to start earning money to help his mum out. As a new Dad Lera can’t believe how much he loves his son.
Lera was placed with City Care for his work experience and was inspired by building and construction from when he was at school.

Where to go from here
Following his placement Lera believed he wasn’t ready yet for full time employment and felt that he needed to do more study. He is currently completing a course in retail management.
